Monday Dr. Fred Dierksen answered questions from the public as a finalist for the Superintendent position at USD 457 in Garden City. Dierksen is ready to lead a bigger district and the support staff that comes with it.
Dierksen believes an honest approach is the best way to open a dialogue with the district’s teachers.
Tuesday afternoon the school board will interview the other finalist USD 457 Assistant Superintendent Doctor Steven Karlin.
